Handmade, and therefore comes in a variety of shapes and sizes. A great tasting spicy Chorizo. It has a firm texture and smoked paprika flavour. Excellent for slicing and eating on its own or as part of an assorted party platter.

A long thin spicy chorizo made from pure pork with a lovely smoked Paprika flavour. Excellent as is or will spice up any casserole or pizza.

Traditionally made chorizo - it has a spicy flavour - can be sliced and eaten as is or used in cooking. Adds wonderful flavour to paella, pasta sauces and casseroles, also as pizza topping... can be fried or grilled on the braai, sliced and served with bread as an appetiser.

Chorizo Lomo Classico

Made from pure Pork Loin, caorsely mixed with very little fat content, spicy and cured for a couple of months. Great thinly sliced as is, in sandwiches or as part of a platter.
