Tradionally made chorizo - it has a spicy flavour - can be sliced and eaten as is or used in cooking. Adds wonderful flavour to paella, pasta sauces and casseroles, also as a pizza topping. Can be fried or grilled on the braai, sliced and served with bread as an appetiser.
