This Spicy Salami originates in the south of Italy, the main ingredients are pork,salt and chilli pepper. Stuffed into a natural casing, it is left to mature in cellars for up to 2 months before serving. This popular salami has that extra bite and can be enjoyed as a snack, in sandwiches or in salads.
