Product Details

This long thick Italian style salami, made from medium ground pure pork seasoned with spices and air-dried for minimum of 12 weeks has a beautiful mature flavour. Serve thinly sliced as a snack or part of an antipasto mixed platter. A firm favourite with pizzerias for use on pizzas, sandwiches and on salads.
