Made in the traditional Spanish method from the best looking Pork legs, these Serrano Hams are cured in special cellars for a minimum of one year. This assures a consistent ham of superior taste, texture and quality. Slice thinly and serve as a snack or part of an antipasto.

This is a whole ham on the bone, you can order the Serrano Ham with or without the Jamonero (stand).

(The set includes a drawer containing 2 knives and a sharpening steel)

Serrano on the bone weighs roughly 7kg (can vary with 500g)
